FREMDKÖRPER
Fremdkörper is an interdisciplinary art project of Fontys school of Fine and Performing Arts. Fremdkörper is a collaboration between all first-year Artcode students, third/ fourth-year students of the Dance and Circus Academy, music producers/ DJ's from the Rock Academy, artdirectors and choreographers. This club event consists short performances and club acts. This edition (2018) took place in the Werkwarenhuis in Den Bosch and it was awesome! Later, a recap of the project was also shown in Supperclub, Amsterdam. As an Artcode student I worked on visual content, styling, branding, communication and marketing. These are the visuals Dayamí created for this project.
Here your can find a recap video of this Fremdkörper edition

Ebb 'n Flow
Eb'n flow is a developing series of prototypes with water and movement. Ebb and flow is something that is actually in a perfect natural balance, but is also very unpredictable. In these prototypes I try to capture natural processes. 2019/20.

ÄLSKADE
In this project I conducted research to friendly and/ or polygamous sexual relationships. This project led to a design proposal for a multi-person bedseries. The idea is that the design is considered so 'low-key' that it could be sold in IKEA. Hence the name "Älskade", which means "lovers" in Swedish. 2019.
MYCORHIZZA
Mycorrhiza is made to do research and get inspired. As a designer and researcher I got fascinated by the many way’s mycelium can grow. For this design I mostly got inspired by growing different mycelium’s on different materials. The fungi system is as a big underground communication system. It can be compared to the internet or a metro system. It is very miraculous how many different types of plants, fungi and trees work together under and above the ground. There is a constant communication, even from far distances. Mycorrhiza is also part of this system. For this design I started lvooking at different communication systems. For this project I would make a cultivation with different materials. I could then process that material or ‘’plant’’ it into the mycelium material from a mold. 2018.
